Curved Glass Shelves:

It is refreshing to see things done somewhat differently from the usual ways. This little insert of glass shelves with mirror backing did add a lot to this corner above the rolling bar...The colored glass object are also a good idea. They create a feeling of warmth and beauty, perfectly complementing the softly curved shelves...

Arched Mirror:

A simple arch can be an interesting deviation from the usual, most frequently used straight lines of a regular mirror installation. This arch is an exact replica of an actual arch next to  it. This creates a natural feeling of rhythm in these elements which is a nice stimulating feeling. It is our great pleasure, when we may  use our imagination and natural creativity in applying somewhat different elements and ideas.

Mirror on the Ceiling:

Every now and than we have to install mirrors on the ceiling. These installations require special care. We prepare a lacquer soaked substrate which is fastened to the joists. To this we glue the mirrors with two different glues. In most cases we also use screws for fastening, or a metal frame when it is possible. These mirrors are  pretty exciting additions to a bed room...

Mirrored Entry Way:

This is a three panel wall with two beveled mirror strips. We normally do recommend the strips, because it has multiple benefits. First and most it earth quake proofs the system. The large panels have a gap between them, and the strips are covering that. This prevents the panels to knock to each other is the building moves. The beveled mirrors also have some warmth to the installation and create a three dimensional effect.

"Let the sun shine in"

In This living room the palm trees and the San Diego Bay is captured As a beautiful reflection on the mirror wall. The beauty of the outdoors, the increased radiance of natural light in a room is certainly an elegant way to enhance the feeling of life and energy in any home.

Dining area mirrored with beveled mirror strips

This is a typical dining room mirror wall installation with 4" beveled mirror strips. The dining comfort is greatly enhanced by the general feeling of increased space. The actual mirrored area on this installation was about eight feet by nine feet. The mirroring, and specifically the effect of the two beveled strips blends very well with the contemporary thick glass dining table. The shining marble floor, the chrome base for the table, the chrome chairs together with the black and white color effect also gives to the over all modern effect.

Beveled mirror panels with blue oyster stained oak dividers

This is an example of a traditional mirroring.   Approximately 1'x9' clear beveled mirrors are framed next to each other with 1" wide oak, with a special "blue oyster stain on it. The effect is very unique. The framed panels could stand alone, very well, but by putting them next to each other, they convey extraordinary richness and even a hint of eccentricity.

There are only a few of the mirror and wood combinations we done, where the balance between the traditional and the modern elements in the same space was able to create as interesting and tasteful eclectic combination as in this case....

Mirrored Gym

Exercise is the most effective if it is  done under good supervision. However not everyone can afford or wishes to hire  a personal trainer. The next best solution is to have our motions under control  by our own, with the help of mirrors. It is essential to have every movement. symmetrical both ways to the center line of the body. The posture has to be kept graceful and elegant. The movements balanced.

To use mirrors in the exercise room certainly makes a lot of sense....
